LUMA Motion™ brings specialized clinical care to outdoor trails across the San Juan Islands. Our signature Eco-Somatic Locomotor Therapy™ (ESLT™) equips bright, sensitive, and neurodivergent youth with real-time self-regulation tools to navigate challenges related to ADHD, distress, anxiety, and school avoidance through quiet, side-by-side trail locomotion.
Who We Serve: Specially designed for youth Ages 10+ (5th–12th Grades).
Where We Meet: Dedicated trail & walking spaces in Eastsound, Friday Harbor, and Lopez Village
How We Work: 8-Week closed series in micro-cohorts of 2–4 youth to support physical safety, individualized attention, and intentional peer alignment.
