LUMA Motion™

is designed to support anxious, neurodivergent, and school-avoidant youth through specialized outdoor movement therapy. We translate evidence-based clinical practices into intentional, frontcountry outdoor environments.

Benefits of Outdoor Movement-Based Therapy

Our Eco-Somatic Locomotor Therapy™ (ESLT™) uses bilateral locomotion to create a supportive environment for learning and applying somatic tracking tools. The outdoor environment is intentionally structured to support youth as they process anxiety, build confidence, and practice transferable self-regulation skills.

The combination of side-by-side locomotion, somatic awareness, and gross motor activity helps ease the pressure of traditional verbal exchanges, fostering a collaborative, low-demand therapeutic space.
