Through LUMA Motion™, we put these principles into action on the trail, path, or shoreline using Eco-Somatic Locomotor Therapy™ (ESLT).
What makes this approach one-of-a-kind is how seamlessly it fuses Somatic Processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Rather than relying on talking in a clinical setting, these four modalities work in tandem with the rhythm of forward movement—making the therapeutic process engaging and relatable.
